Ingredients
- 2 slices Millet bread
- 2 tablespoons truffle butter, room temperature
- 1 slice of Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 slice of Jalapeño Peppadew cheese
- 1 slice of Muenster cheese
Preparation
- Generously butter both sides of the bread slices and add one slice of each of the three cheeses.
- Preheat a nonstick pan over medium heat and cook until lightly browned on one side about 4 minutes; flip over and continue cooking until cheese is melted.
