Ingredients
For Pasta
- 1 lb box of dry pasta
- 3 tbsp butter
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt & pepper
- Italian seasoning
For Chicken
- 1 pound of chicken
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box.
- Cut your chicken into roughly 1-inch cubes.
- Season your chicken with the following spices: paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- To a large skillet add 1 tbsp of butter. Add in your chicken and cook on medium/high heat until done.
- To a saucepan, add 3 tbsp butter and garlic. Cook for roughly 2 minutes.
- Add in 2 tbsp flour, 1 cup milk, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Once the sauce has thickened, add in the cooked pasta and in with the sauce. Then add in your cooked chicken and mix.
- Top with Oregano and enjoy.
