Ingredients
- 2 cups dulce de leche
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large 70% dark chocolate squares
Preparation
- Add the dulce de leche and the cream cheese to a large bowl.
- Pour 1/4 of the milk into the bowl and use an immersion hand blender to blend all the ingredients.
- Add the rest of the milk in small increments while blending until a smooth and evenly mixed cream forms.
- Pour the dulce de leche cream into shot glasses or 2 oz glasses.
- Place the chocolate squares on a cutting board and use a knife to finely chop them into chocolate shavings.
- Top the dessert cups with the chocolate shavings.
- Freeze the desserts for 3 hours and serve.
