Ingredients
- 1 Cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 Cup coconut milk
- 8oz BelGioioso mascarpone
- 3 Tbs powdered sugar
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tsp Coconut extract
Preparation
- Using an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar
- Slowly add mascarpone cheese, coconut milk, coconut extract and vanilla extract
- Spoon into cups, jars or ramekins and top with fresh berries, coconut shavings.
