Cool and refreshing melon mixes with fresh milk and sweet apple juice concentrate in this easy smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (fat free, 2% or whole)
- 3/4 cup cubed honeydew melon or cantaloupe
- 2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
1. In blender container combine milk, melon, and apple juice concentrate. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 16- to 18-ounce glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves (if desired). Serve immediately.
Yield: 1 3/4 cups; 1 serving; (1 serving = 1 3/4 cups)
