Ingredients
- 12 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces Gruyere Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
Preparation
- Rub the garlic on the bottom and sides of fondue pot, discard garlic
- Heat wine and cornstarch over medium heat
- Stir in the cheeses a handful at a time, stirring well to melt
- Stir in the herbs
- Transfer pot tableside and keep warm
- Serve with bread cubes, apples, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and other fresh vegetables for dipping
