Creamy, indulgent, and packed with flavor — this Swiss Cheese Fondue is everything a cozy gathering needs. Made with melted Swiss and Gruyère cheeses, dry white wine, a hint of garlic, and fresh herbs, it’s perfect for dipping bread, veggies, or fruit. Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Gruyere Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, halved
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley

Preparation

  1. Rub the garlic on the bottom and sides of fondue pot, discard garlic
  2. Heat wine and cornstarch over medium heat
  3. Stir in the cheeses a handful at a time, stirring well to melt
  4. Stir in the herbs
  5. Transfer pot tableside and keep warm
  6. Serve with bread cubes, apples, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and other fresh vegetables for dipping
